Ecologistics' workshop in Breda on “Traceability in supply chains and logistics”
The partners of Ecologistics project cordially invite you to participate in half-day a workshop on opportunities and challenges of supply chain visibility for logistics processes. The workshop will be held on March 26, 2015 from 13:30 to17:00 at DINALOG in Breda (NL).
Ecologistics is a European Interreg IVB project with the main objective to promote technologies for supply chain visibility and to develop an ICT-based demonstrator of identification and communicationtechnologies in the supply chain.
This workshop aims to disseminate the first outcomes of the project, and set the ground to obtain some feedback from potential users of the aforementioned technologies.
The workshop gives you:
- an occasion to get a grip on EPC standards for identification of physical objects and communication related information, and their potential benefits and costs
- a possibility to hear about other supply chain and logistics improvement initiatives in the Netherlands;
- an opportunity to talk to experts in the field and to learn from them.
The workshop is aimed at the logistics sector, but participants from other fields interested in topics related to supply chain visibility are also welcomed.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory. In order to register, please, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 20, 2014.
